“RISSALA SURABHI – COW OF GODS”
The Mother of all Cows.
“RISSALA SURABHI-COW receives cosmic energy at higher magnitude, disseminates around its presence and ambiance is divine.
Ultimate Blessings of Hanuman to have been granted with such a pious opportunity ……..
The Rissala journey to preserve, conserve, & protect this rarest of rare
indigenous cow breed- stared 20 years back while playing polo in Brazil, when Colonel Ajay Ahlawat, whose five generations have proudly served the Indian Army, a Warrior, a soldier, an international polo player, who has had the honor to
represent India in three world cups championships and over 90 countries in
the international polo competitions…….. while on a polo trip in brazil was taken
to visit a super exclusive and secret cattle farm in the state of Mato Grosso, Brazil, which had all original breeds of the worlds extinct or nearly extinct
cattle’s and among them were present many rare indigenous breeds from India
including the Punganur/ Gauri, kamdhenu, hariana, gir, sahiwaal, Ongole,
Tharparkar, Belahi, etc and also exotic rare cattle’s from across the world.
Their most prized cow was – SURABHI the “cows of the gods” they called it.
The Rarest and their most valuable possession. The pride of their
conservation programe.
Upon further discussions and investigations it was learned that a few of the purest original “𝓢𝓾𝓻𝓪𝓫𝓱𝓲”-𝓚𝓪𝓶𝓪𝓭𝓱𝓮𝓷𝓾. 𝓒𝓸𝔀𝓼 𝓸𝓯 𝓽𝓱𝓮 𝓖𝓸𝓭𝓼 had been exported to Brazil & Germany in late 80s & early 90s, as in India these were becoming extinct due to the milk revolution rush for exotic breeds being introduced and sadly later even the
breeds name was removed from our list of indigenous cows. The top scientists
had realized the natural, rare & priceless value of this cow breed & had preserved &
bred them to safeguard the extinct breed from India.

Colonel convinced the authorities thru his powerful polo playing friends and
famalies in Brazil & Germany & with the help of the embassies
imported the original Surabhi / Punganur cows and their bulls from Brazil &
Germany from their super protected and sacred repository of the germplasm
collections and few of the cows & bulls.
These scientists in Brazil and Germany were working on top cows breeds of
the world for their conservation, and had genetic material stored in the form
of frozen semen, embryos or nucleic acids – dna & rna , the molecules of
inheritance. Though semen & embryos of a number of breeds have been
stored including of these prized RISSALA SURABHI-COW.

Rissala team under personal watch of the colonel dedicated itself to this long drawn patient journey to ensure that
successful breeding took place and reproduced in natural environment in india,
all produced from the purest and pious dna & rna stock. Rissala has since 1996-97 in over 20 years successfully bred over 150 Gauris in India, under strict &
natural conditions in India across the country including Karnal, Sariska, Delhi,
chennai, Chittoor, Vengurla & Rohtak.

Surabhi is now fully on the way to full recovery with it’s 5th generation breeding and its a matter of just few
more years where we can proudly claim that the worlds most prized indigenous cow breed has been saved from complete extinction very
successfully. All blessings of Hanuman and the dedicated efforts of the passionate , dedicated, focused team of veteran soldiers, ex service men &
veteran warriors who have sacrificed a lot to ensure the 100% success of this
mission – Surabhi. Thus was reborn “RISSALA SURABHI- COWS OF GODS” .

THE MOTHER OF ALL COWS- RISSALA KAMADEHNU.

Rissala strongly believes that “For long-term preservation of endangered
breeds, storage of dna and rna is a must,” Indigenous breeds adjust
productivity to adverse climatic conditions and availability of food. They are resistant to diseases peculiar to the region in which they have evolved. Its very important to remember that these indeginious breeds are self sufficient they just need the love and care and no human intereference to improve them. We must realise these are cows of the gods. They are the ultimate & perfection cow-fied. The Rissala Surabhi has an aura of 120 Feet radius, receives cosmic energy at higher magnitude & disseminates all around its presence.

Rissala Surabhi Milk is actually Amrut and is produced by Rissala Surabhi
which has only A2 beta casein protein and such high fat content of 8%. To
simplify, Cow Milk is available in two types of beta-casein proteins. These
proteins are A1 and A2, which differ from each other by a single amino acid.
Most of the dairy herds in Asia and Africa produce A2 milk. Our Indian
breeds such as Gir, Sahiwal, Kankrej, Rathi and Hariana are best when it
comes to giving us high-quality A2 milk. European cows, on the other hand,
produce A1 milk.
The A2 beta-casein protein present in Rissala Surabhi breaks down into amino
acids for quick digestion, which results in improving our overall health and
increases the nutritional value derived from Cows Milk.
Rissala Surabhi milk is a rich source of minerals such as calcium, potassium,

Kamadhenu appeared on earth as one of the precious things that were brought to light in the Churning of the Ocean. The calf of Kamadhenu was acquired by the sage Jamadagni after years of penance. It was coveted and stolen by the Haihaya king Kartavirya, which led to a wholesale massacre of kshattriyas by Jamadagni’s son Parasurama.
